Ottawa River Flooding: Human Error vs. Act of God? // Published on May 16, 2017
Record low water levels were reported in the Des Joachim reservoir 235 km north of the Britannia Bay water gauge in Ottawa. I estimated the volume of water in this 70 km long stretch of river (average 1 km width) for a 2.5 foot dump, which would create an estimated 3 hour long water pulse.
The Ottawa water gauge measured abrupt spikes upward on Saturday May 6th, with a rapid rise in water level of 1 cm every 5 minutes for 100 minutes, and then 1 cm every 12 minutes for 60 minutes, overwhelming river houses. The volume of water in the water spike over a subsequent 18 hours matches that in the northern reservoir between Klock & Rolphton. Hmmm…

The Geoengineering is off the charts. There is no natural weather. Global warming does effect weather, sure, but now the weather is man made. Dane wigington has all the proof and just put out his new book which I got right away. The sky is no longer natural so old science is thrown out the window. Big surprise is he is making a uv chart with a nassa scientist who works on ozone layer. UVC radiation is NOW off the charts according to this scientist. He States No Ozone layer left by mid twenties!
To us who are in the know, know people are hiding facts because of ( jobs, fear, big brother, controllers). Credibility is earned, not just accepted by all.
The PTB know the division between scientists and love it!
You cannot adress climate change WITHOUT THE MASSIVE GEOENGINEERING going on. The chemical ice nucleation being reported now.
All these programs are killing off the floral and fauna worldwide.

As I have stated before, you scientists have a duty to the people first, not the PTB.
GIVING FALSE HOPE, half information, is terrible.
I believe if the real truth came out from top scientists togather, summit event, people would change immediately and action would occur. ( demanding halt of fossil fuel burning for luxury, massive solar and wind factories built, pumps built to massively pull co2 , methane and the like out of the air, massive tree planting, etc-)
And until this summit comes there is no real action ever going to take place and you guys know this. Money?? We know there is no real money, just paper contracts drawn by the chosen few who write only to control.
So Paul as you see you must adress all issues of climate or we are doomed, and you are helping the destruction of all.

Time flows like a river carrying things by but in quantum mechanics is where I think Act of God is and the world’s soul needs to make a quantum mechanic’s jump of the Closed System shark 2C danger and break the chains that bind us from applying full enterprise toward keeping Earth HZ.
