Re the concept of mirrors at the sun-earth lagrange point, solar sails out of micrometer-thin mylar have recently been demonstrated in flight, and the cost of launch is coming down rapidly.
In the shuttle era it was around $30,000 per kg, the Falcon Heavy partly reusable launcher is at about $3000 per kg, and the proposed Spacex ITS fully reusable launcher would put up 300 tonnes per flight, at as low as $100 per kg.

I think u better look up once in a while buddy. They have been spraying here in n. Wisconsin for over 20 years. We see 40 +planes daily on same course mostly. U must really be in the dark. What does that do to your climate models??
How much more nano aluminum can they possably spray??
